Grief Support: Aftermath - Mending - Reconnecting
Tillie’s private support gatherings are designed to help individuals and groups navigate the complex journey of grief. She is available to support you through the aftermath, aid in the mending of your heart, and assist in reconnecting with hope and the memories of your loved ones.
In the aftermath of loss, Tillie provides a safe space to express and process your grief. She understands the overwhelming emotions that come with loss and is here to help you take the first steps towards healing.
As you begin to mend, Tillie offers guidance and support to help you rebuild your life and find ways to cope with your grief. This stage focuses on self-care, emotional healing, and finding comfort in the memories of your loved one.
Finally, Tillie will help you reconnect with hope and find light in your life again. This stage includes exploring signs and messages from your loved ones, finding ways to honour their memory, and embracing the future with a renewed sense of purpose.
Private Support: These gatherings are private, tailored to your needs, and provide a wholistic setting for 3 hours. Tillie offers one-on-one support or group sessions, ensuring a personalized experience that respects your unique journey.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your family, or a group of friends, our mission is to help you find hope, healing, and reconnection.
Gatherings can be done at your home or a neutral setting with additional room rental booking fees.
Understanding Self-Chosen Death
It's essential to acknowledge and reframe the way we think about self-chosen death, including instances of self-harm and substance abuse. Many people suffer in silence, feeling isolated and misunderstood. Our gatherings provide a safe and compassionate space to discuss and understand these complex issues.
4,500
In Canada, there are approximately 4,500 deaths by suicide each year, making it a significant public health concern.
20K
Each year, around 20,000 hospitalizations occur due to self-harm, highlighting the widespread struggle many individuals face.
Substance Abuse: Substance abuse is often intertwined with mental health challenges, contributing to a high number of accidental deaths and suicides.
Tillie aims to offer support and understanding for those affected by these tragedies, whether directly or indirectly. By providing a compassionate environment, she strives to reduce the stigma and help individuals find hope and healing.
